Thanks to the Canopsis link manager, it is now possible to define link generation policies allowing, for example:

• Link an alarm to its original monitoring tool
• Bounce to the incident ticket created on a third-party platform
• Redirect the user to a procedure
• Present an entity’s inventory sheet

The link manager also features an advanced mode for writing custom functions in Javascript. So you can fully describe the desired final link using high-level language!

The links generated are accessible :

• From the columns of an alarm bin
• From context explorer columns
• From a template
• From the menu of unit actions
• From the menu of mass actions
