Our Chatbot agent is a more advanced version of the Canopsis ChatOps.

Based on natural language, the Canopsis Chatbot will be an intelligent intermediary to one or more AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral…), depending on your preferences and internal tools.

This Chatbot is a module that provides Canopsis users with a virtual conversation agent capable of :

  • Answering formulated questions
  • Carrying out requested actions
  • Proposing to execute actions
  • Delivering relevant information to diverse user populations


The aim of the Chatbot is to make interaction with Canopsis as smooth as possible, whether you’re new to the platform or use it intensively.
