What’s new in Canopsis v24.04

Until now, the state of a service was equivalent to the worst-case state of its dependencies, and the state of a component was provided by an event.

This new Canopsis feature adds two types of state calculation algorithms:

This graphic update now standardizes and codifies all the types of stage in which an alarm can be found, for an even more ergonomic interface:

This Canopsis v24.04 exclusive is a prerequisite for the SLA / Advanced Service Agreements feature.

These indicators can be found in the context explorer and in a specific new widget. They can also be displayed as a graph.

Thanks to this new Canopsis version, it is now possible to introduce a delay before correlations are performed. In this way, when an alarm is eligible for a correlation rule, it will only be activated at the end of the desired time delay.
